OUR APPROACH

We are focused on bee health, soil health and producing quality blooms grown naturally in the open field.

Growing on a 1/4 acre, we carefully build healthy soil microbiome, encourage biodiversity, attract pollinators, and aim to impact the environment as little as possible. We grow using chemical free methods, inspired by permaculture practices.

OUR STORY

Bramble Botanical is run by Sam, a young female beekeeper and farmer florist.

Growing up surrounded by nature with a deep connection to the earth, it is not surprising Sam now grows flowers for a living. The flower field has become Sam’s place of calm, as she finds it the perfect mix of creativity, knowledge, physical work and beauty.

Based on the outskirts of Sydney, the farm connects locals with seasonal flowers and raw honey. Sam is passionate about semi-urban agriculture and the importance of maintaining a local connection to growers.

Her event floral design focuses on seasonal, unstructured arrangements. Strongly influenced by her love of nature, Sam uses lush foliages, rambling vines, floaty stems to create magical romantic designs.

When Sam doesn’t have a pair of snips in her hands you’ll find her playing with her dog Ruby, getting creative in the kitchen or hiking somewhere with no reception.
