Tuber Sale Terms and Conditions

Items in your cart are not confirmed until the payment is processed. Tubers may disappear from your cart until payment has been made. If multiple orders are placed you will be charged multiple shipping rates. We cannot combine orders.

In case of tuber damage or rot whilst in our storage leaving us unable to fulfil your order, you will be contacted for a refund or substitution.

Tubers will be shipped from mid to end of September - October when eyes are showing.

All tubers will be shipped in good condition with visible eyes. Tuber sizes will vary and refunds will not be given for small tubers as they are still great for growing.

Tubers are packaged carefully to avoid damage. Tubers are sent via express post to avoid delays. Please unpack your order as soon as possible when it arrives. If you have any concerns please contact us within 3 days of your tubers arriving with a photo if there is any damage on arrival. Replacements or refunds are at sellers discretion. We cannot offer refunds after tubers have been planted. We are not responsible for storage conditions, planting and soil conditions or poor customer care.. 

Tubers are for sale within Australia only. Tubers cannot be shipped to Tasmania, Northern Territory or Western Australia due to biosecurity reasons.
